Apprenticeship Diversity Champions Network Survey

August 25, 2021

The Apprenticeship Diversity Champions Network (ADCN) is a network of employers committed to improving diversity in apprenticeships.

The network seeks to share best practice in supporting more people from diverse backgrounds to enter into and thrive in apprenticeships.

As part of the network, we are looking to understand barriers for apprentices with disabilities, learning disabilities or difficulties (LDD as defined in the Government apprenticeship funding rules) and what improvements can be made.

In preparation for National Apprenticeship Week 2022, the ADCN will release a report on LDD apprenticeships, providing insight into how we move the dial on this important topic.

We’d like to ask you to take three minutes to complete a short survey to provide insight into your business’s current work within this space and to identify challenges that the report will address. The survey is anonymous, with an option to enter your email address, should you wish to share further insight with the team.

Only one person per organisation should complete the survey, and we ask you complete it regardless of if you are actively doing work with LDD apprentices or not – every insight is invaluable.
